Feel a gentle summer sea breeze, gaze over the magnificent Sorrento beach horizon and be immersed in the sounds of experiential music as you are guided by the voice of your Yoga teacher. It’s just you, your body, your mind and the great outdoors.


Silent Yoga Headphones use wireless technology to enhance the Yoga experience by eliminating all outside sound and distractions. The music and voice of your teacher is delivered in crystal clarity so actually they are not silent at all!

Sorrento Beach Yoga is powered by Re-Creation Health Club Sorrento. Casual Sessions are $20. Beach Yoga classes are FREE for Re-Creation Sorrento members INCLUDING holiday members. We have 2 week and 1 month memberships that will give you access to the weights and cardio machines as well as all the clubs fitness classes including the Sorrento Beach Yoga classes.

2 week Holiday membership $79

1 Month Holiday membership $130

If you are a member of another Re-Creation Health Club present your tag to pay $10.00

LOCATION

You can find us at the Rotunda on Sorrento Front Beach.

What to bring?

Come wearing comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat if you have one. If you have no mat we can supply one along with the Silent Yoga headphones.

No Bookings

There are 50 sets of headphones so numbers are limited. It will be on a “first in” basis so arrive early to avoid disappointment . Class places can be secured 15 minutes prior to start time.
