Feel a gentle summer sea breeze, gaze over the magnificent Sorrento beach horizon and be immersed in the sounds of experiential music as you are guided by the voice of your Yoga teacher. It’s just you, your body, your mind and the great outdoors.


Silent Yoga Headphones use wireless technology to enhance the Yoga experience by eliminating all outside sound and distractions. The music and voice of your teacher is delivered in crystal clarity so actually they are not silent at all!

COST 2024/2025

Sorrento Beach Yoga is run by Re-Creation Sorrento Gym. Casual sessions are:

Adults: $20
Concession/Students: $15
Teens/Kids: $10

Beach Yoga is FREE for Re-Creation Sorrento Gym members, including Holiday members. Check out our 1-week, 2-week, and 4-week Holiday memberships by clicking here.

This will give you full access 24/7 to our gym in Hotham Rd Sorrento, including all group fitness classes and Beach Yoga.

LOCATION

You’ll find us at the rotunda on the Sorrento front beach opposite Rusty’s Café.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own mat or borrow one of ours (no charge). We also supply the Silent Headphones (included in the price).

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure your spot. NO BOOKINGS.

We will notify any cancellations due to inclement weather at least one hour prior to the 8:30 am start time in the HOLIDAY TIMETABLE ON THIS WEBSITE.
